Our Returns Standard
Every Freak & Frolic creation is a handcrafted, singular work of art born from salvaged materials. Since our pieces are completely unique and reimagined from vintage finds, we maintain a specific return policy that reflects the slow fashion cycle.
Requirements for Return
Pristine Form
Each garment must remain in its original, artist-delivered state—unmarked, unwashed, and featuring all Freak & Frolic branding. As upcycled works, they must be returned in the exact condition they were sent.
14-Day Window
Because our studio produces only singular items, we require return notifications within 14 days of your delivery. This allow these rare pieces to be re-listed for other collectors promptly.
Confirmation
Verification of purchase via your receipt or studio packing list is mandatory for processing. We are unable to accept returns for any garments that cannot be traced to an official storefront order.

Credit & Refunds
Following a successful inspection of the returned piece, we will issue your refund within a 7-10 day window. We appreciate your understanding as we manually verify the craftsmanship of each item. Funds are returned to the method used at checkout.
Exclusion List Items
Fiber Art & Headwear
Due to sanitary considerations and the delicate nature of textile preservation, all accessories, gallery-exclusive drops, and items designated as 'Final Sale' cannot be returned.
Questions about a find?
We are a boutique studio centered on hand-reconstructed fashion and circular design. As each garment is a lone original, we suggest reaching out with any fit or textile inquiries prior to buying. If an order doesn't meet your expectations, contact us so we can resolve it personally. Disclaimer Freak and Frolic creates one-of-one garments by reworking authentic, previously owned clothing and textiles into entirely new designs. Many of our pieces incorporate reclaimed fabrics, graphics, trims, or other original elements that were manufactured by third-party companies before being repurposed through our creative process. Each item is individually reconstructed by Freak and Frolic and is materially different from the product from which its components originated. Because of these extensive modifications, our garments should be considered independent creations rather than original products of any prior manufacturer. Any warranty or guarantee that may have applied to the original item is no longer valid. Any trademarks, logos, or brand names appearing on repurposed materials remain the intellectual property of their respective owners. Their appearance on a Freak and Frolic product does not indicate any relationship, authorization, sponsorship, licensing, or endorsement. When a third-party brand is referenced, it is only to accurately identify the origin of the reclaimed materials used in the design. Freak and Frolic operates as an independent brand dedicated to transforming existing garments into wearable art while promoting thoughtful reuse and extending the life of quality textiles.
